Personal Care

We deliver personal care with sensitivity and understanding. Most of the personal care we provide is to clients with existing or recent illnesses, who have returned home from hospital, or who need support to stay at home. For these people familiar activities such as personal hygiene, dressing and grooming can be overwhelming.

Personal care is delivered by trained and experienced Home Support staff.

Our clients receive personalised attention to their individual needs, and continual monitoring to enable them to return to a quality standard of independent living.

Personal Care Services include:

• Showering and bathing
• Sensitive personal hygiene
• Toileting assistance
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Pedicare - basic nail care including foot and hand massage
• Community integration – shopping, bill paying, transport to and from appointments
• House cleaning and laundry
