Clinical Placement Requirements

In order to graduate from the HLT51607 Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nursing), you will be required to  successfully complete compulsory Clinical Placements. RDNS Your Health and Learning negotiate placements on your behalf with various facilities across South Australia in addition to dealing directly with the SA Department of Health’s agency ClinPlace.

It is a requirement of SA Health that all students involved in patient care must have evidence of having met the pre requisite requirements set out in the South Australian (SA) Nursing and Midwifery Health Student Orientation Package below.

In addition to the SA Health pre requisite information it is imperative that you have also read and understood the guidelines set by RDNS Your Health and Learning and you can find these in the HLT51607 Diploma of Nursing Course Specific Handbook.
