Angela Littleford
Chief Operating Officer
Angela joined RDNS in June 2009 as Group Manager, Health Care.She was formerly the Executive Director of Centrecare for Western Sydney.Prior to this she was the Area Performance Manager and Project Director, State Wide Health in New South Wales Health.
Angela has held a number of senior roles in health care in South Australia prior to moving to New South Wales, including Director of Health Promotion SA (Department of Health).

Alexis Watt
General Manager Learning & Training
With ten years experience in the workplace training sector, 7 years in health and community services and more than a decade in hospitality management in SA and QLD Alexis brings a diverse range of knowledge and experience to RDNS.
Alexis joined RDNS in Feb 2009 as Manager Education & Training and joined the Leadership Team in August 2010 after leading substantial growth in the Education business unit including enrolment growth, winning multiple contestable funding agreements, and service delivery innovations.
Alexis holds a Masters in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is completing a Diploma of Sustainability and an MBA. An active member of numerous committees, working groups, and industry associations Alexis is focused on continuing the growth of RDNS.

Prof. Debbie Kralik
General Manager, Strategy & Research
Debbie joined RDNS in July 1998 as the Director of Research, and was appointed the General Manager, Strategy and Research in February 2009.
Debbie has an internationally recognised reputation in community health research, evidence-based practice and publication.
